If you'd like to explore a completely new concept or make significant changes after a design has been approved, we're happy to continue at our standard hourly rate.
No problem. If you need extra pages, additional social assets, packaging, signage, or other design work, we can quote it as an add-on before the project starts or after the main package is complete.
Timelines depend on the package and how quickly content, feedback, and approvals are provided. Smaller packages may take a few weeks, while larger brand and website projects may take longer. We'll set expectations before the project begins.
Yes. You own the final deliverables created for your business. We provide production-ready files for web, print, social, and digital use. Editable working files can be provided upon request or included as part of a project handoff.
Yes. After your launch package is complete, Light Heavy can continue helping with website updates, social graphics, ads, flyers, menus, email graphics, and other design needs. Ongoing support can be handled monthly or project-by-project depending on what your business needs.
